Jonathan at Michiana was very punctual and patient. Dealing with a smaller, self-managed building sometimes takes more time and patience, and Jonathan was great with that.
The crew was also punctual and professional, to say the least. They actually finished the job well before the original estimate.
The final product is fabulous. The work was a on the high end, but we're very happy with the result. I highly recommend this company for any cornice restoration, roofing and gutter work.
